val and counter strike the values aren’t the same if you don’t convert it. a person with an edpi of 233 is the same as someone in cs with a edpi of 740

I don’t know if I would agree with the mod as far as being too low. I currently play at an eDPI of 233.6 with no issues, you will have to use your arm more but anything above 200 is viable. Counter Strike sensitivity average is above the average Valorant player, around 3.5 times more 270 in Valorant vs. 875 in CSGO.

Check your windows mouse settings and make sure you have enhanced pointer precision off and the speed set to the middle most bar. Really if you start in the middle of your mouse pad you should be able to do at least a 180° turn by the time you hit the edge of your pad.

Everyone is different, the way I found my sens is hitting the firing range (say you keep 800 dpi), change your sens to 0.6 (high eDPI) test on a round of 50 bots, then 0.2(Lower eDPI), then 0.5, then 0.3, then 0.4. take the two your most comfortable with (say 0.3 and 0.4) then go 0.39, 0.31, 0.38, 0.32, 0.37, 0.33. 0.35, 0.34. Pick your best two (let’s say 0.33 and 0.34) and move to the third decimal 0.331, 0.339, etc. At least that is the way I landed on 800 DPI / 0.292 in game sens.

I mean it’s possible to be good with that eDPI (504) but you might want to bump it closer to .35 in game sensitivity if you want to keep the 1200 dpi. Most players tend to play between 200 and 450 eDPI. (eDPI= sensitivity X DPI)

0.25 is really low, try 0.4, then you will effectively have the same sensitivity as the average CS:GO pro player which is similar to VALORANT

I put 1920×1080, with 800 dpi, and .25 sensitivty. I cannot turn around in game without moving my mouse across my XL pad twice. I am using iCUE for corsair. Wtf am I doing wrong!
