you can make your framerate as high as you want regardless of monitor. 300FPS on 60Hz is faster feeling (as in faster responding) than 60FPS on 60Hz

you have no idea what you’re talking about. there is no LCD that can do 1ms pixel transitions (and it doesnt matter anyway, because of “sample and hold”), you are falling for marketing tricks

In reply to Anonymous. Frames and hz refresh rates are directly related. 60hz can only display 60fps. set your fortnite settings to 120 fps in fortnite, that'll give you the best experience. At 144hz most people stop seeing a difference in frames and performance so if you're getting a monitor, 144 is perfect. 240hz and above is pretty much just a big d*ck energy move (unless you really really do see a difference, then by all means get the 240hz or higher monitor). For reference, I have a 144hz monitor and set Fortnite to 160hz to get the best experience.

This guide might need to be updated. I cannot find the “Maximum pre-rendered frames” in my NVIDIA display options. Also the in-game mouse settings are displayed as percentage.
